Please note we will honor your request except as necessary to fulfill a conflicting request from you. An opt-out is not required to prevent disclosure of information otherwise protected by HIPAA.
Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for direct use by any individuals under the age of 18 ("Children").
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information provided by Children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will promptly remove the information. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from Children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
